| From our office in Newport Beach, California, RNM Design has been a pioneer in the integration of innovative master planning and architectural design for Planned Residential and Mixed-Use developments for over 40 years. Our work has been honored with over 300 major design awards. We pride ourselves in creating saleable, livable communities that are sensitive to their environments. Our extensive foreign work has led us to be highly responsive to the surrounding context of the site and local buyer expectations while incorporating state of the art elements from the best of American design solutions. We were the Architects for the 2003 "New American Home" built by the National Association of Home Buildings for exhibit at the 2003 International Builders Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. This cluster town home project was a showcase of new plan concepts, new materials and techniques and state of the art energy saving applications. Our assignments in China have ranged from master planning for the "Shantou World Trade Center" 6,800 unit high-rise mixed use development, to the luxury waterfront detached villas at Hangzhou Qiantang River City. RNM has been responsible for the design of over 400,000 dwelling units of all types with heavy emphasis on wood-frame construction up to four stories. We welcome design-only association with local architects and planners. | | |
